Overview

These terms govern your use of the No Fly Zone app, the Pro subscription, and the Tally device. By creating an account or placing a pre-order you agree to them.

Pre-orders

Tally pre-orders are charged at purchase and ship fall 2026. You may cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships.

Subscriptions

Pro is billed through your app store at $2.99/month or $29.99/year and can be cancelled anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Fair play

Leaderboards are for real zaps. Automated, simulated, or otherwise faked counts may result in score resets or account suspension.
